Test audit 1 summary

Overall the metrics were clear but there are some suggested clarificatione below.

We did not pull out all the documentary proof and in most cases the evidence required is distributed over many documents.

It was clear that different part of the archive should be treated differently i.e. one part dealt with a fairly clear colelction of docuemnts, the other dealt with a complex collection of digital objects.

Some specific comemnts:

• 3.2:
  • Some key skills identified e.g. IPR and librarians. Supporting text for 3.2.1.3 should add "or not available in the market" to "evolve".

• 3.3:
  • 3.3.2.2 - are PATENTS covered by the wording?
  • 3.3.3 - should specify "operational" s/w
  • Q77: Perhaps add "to appropriate stakeholders" to "transparency"
  • Q104: Include "risk assessments" in Supporting Text

• 4.2:
  • 4.2.5 should change "it contains" to "it is committed to preserve"

• 4.6:
  • Perhaps change "copies" to "copies or subsets" i.e. make it clear can be extracted

• 5.1:
  • Move 5.1.1.6.1.1 up one level
