BruceAmbacher >> (All): Does anyone have any edits, comments on the 3 posted
sections? I have read them and am comfortable with the changes. B2 (which I
did) has parts where there are sub-points before any supporting text for the
main point. It has been that way in every draft. I don't recall that in other
JohnGarrett >> (All): Yes, Bruce, I noticed that about B2. That was going to be
my question if that was the format we were to work towards now. Also the
supporting text now skips the first "The archive must ..." sentence.
RobertDowns >> (All): Bruce, I only have seen this style in B2 so far, but am
able to follow it. I am not sure whether this style would be applicable to other
JohnGarrett >> (All): If we break, maybe we can use the email list to discuss if
we need supporting text, examples, etc for the subitems. The sections other
than B2 seem to have it for each subitem.
Helen Tibbo >> (All): OK, I am lost with my section. Perhaps you can help.
BruceAmbacher >> (All): Helen, do you mean what section you are doing - C2, or
you are having problems with your rewrite?
JohnGarrett >> (All): I can see and follow what is happening in B2, but I think
all the sections will need to match.
Helen Tibbo >> (All): I am doing c2. When I look at the 3rd day notes all I see
is crossed out text. Where is the text that we had agreed to in DC?
BruceAmbacher >> (All): I thought we only agreed to a reorganized structure
where necessary and the writer was to migrate all supporting text as applicable
and to make the necsesary edits.
JohnGarrett >> (All): Helen, where are you looking? When I look at the section
in the newest document, I don't see marked out text.
Helen Tibbo >> (All): I am looking at the document "end of day 3."
BruceAmbacher >> (All): look at:
Helen Tibbo >> (All): Ah
Helen Tibbo >> (All): Thanks! Much better. I would have found it if I had gone
back through all the mail... but
BruceAmbacher >> (All): I am going to sign off.
JohnGarrett >> (All): OK, see you all next week.
RobertDowns >> (All): Bye
