Since the previous meeting, KatiaThomaz has posted a Word file with a detailed comparison of RLG/NARA TRAC with NESTOR CCTDR, DCC/DPE DRAMBORA, ISO27001 and OECD Guidelines. David thanked Katia for her work. The heading structure of the TRAC document has also been put up by SimonLambert and DavidGiaretta (and is now linked from the front page of the wiki).

ACTION: on KatiaThomaz to transfer her comments from the Word document to the appropriate section of the wiki version.

ACTION: on all to add their own comments.

ChrisRusbridge pointed out that it will also be necessary to check if anything is missing from the comparison.

There may be copyright issues arising from the reference to the various documents. We might need to quote substantial parts of the TRAC document. DRAMBORA is Creative Commons so quotable. The situation with the Nestor document is not known. We can certainly refer to other ISO documents and include their provisions by reference. The general principle should be to quote with attribution.

The next meeting will be on 16 May.
